New Patient Registration

We are a ‘Safe Surgery’ and ensure that lack of ID or proof of address, immigration status or language are not barriers to registration.

We might ask to see ID or proof of address to clarify details but if you don’t have any you can still register with us.

Ask reception for an interpreter if you find it difficult to communicate in English.

We are unable to provide home visits to new patients who live outside of the E10 post code.

Patients not living in the catchment area may be asked to register elsewhere at the discretion of the practice.

Please allow up to a week for your registration to be confirmed.
