How to make an appointment in hours: (8am – 6:30pm weekdays)
- The best way is to contact about anything is online either with the link above or via your NHS app.
- All appointment requests are reviewed by a GP and you will be contacted back with an offer of a suitable appointment which could include face to face, telephone or home visit with a suitable member of our practice team.
- If you cannot contact us online attend reception or call us on 020 8539 1880. Please note that the practice is less busy after 11am.
- If you can’t wait and urgently need to speak to a GP please use NHS 111 (111.nhs.uk or call 111).
- Your local pharmacists can advice on a range of conditions and advise on medicines. They can also offer treatments (including antibiotics) for some conditions without you needing to contact us. Click here for more information on “Pharmacy First”
- Our phone lines are diverted to the GP Waltham Forest Federation hub on Thursday afternoons but practice doors remain open. You can directly book a Thursday afternoon on-the-day appointment by calling GP Hub on 020 8519 3999 on the same day from noon.
- If you would like to cancel your appointment please use the NHS app, reply to your appointment reminder or contact reception directly after 11am.
