New Patient Registration

Quote / Testimonial:
We are a ‘Safe Surgery’ and ensure that lack of ID, proof of address or immigration status are not barriers to registration. We may ask to see any of these documents to clarify details but if you don’t have them you can still register with us.

Ask reception for an interpreter if you find it difficult to communicate in English.

We are unable to provide home visits to new patients who live outside of the E10 post code.

Patients not living in the catchment area may declined registration at the discretion of the practice.
